NEW DELHI, July 4 (Reuters) - India does trade deals in its national interest and is not bound by deadlines, Trade Minister Piyush Goyal said on Friday, reacting to a question about whether the country would reach a trade deal with the U.S. before Washington's July 9 deadline.
