Chinese communist party official urges U.S. to see benefits from cooperation
BEIJING, July 3 (Reuters) - The United States should recognise how much it has to gain from its cooperation with China, a senior Chinese Communist party official said on Thursday, state broadcaster CCTV reported.
Liu Jianchao, the director of the Communist Party's international liaison department made the remarks at a forum in Beijing, saying "setting up barriers and thresholds will only end up harming both parties."
