UK's Wise seeks to create national trust bank in US, Bloomberg News reports
July 2 (Reuters) - Money transfer company Wise Plc WISEa.L has applied to be directly regulated by the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to create a national trust bank in the country, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing documents.
Wise, which is planning to move its primary listing to the U.S. from London, did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
