US embassy in Jerusalem eases travel restrictions on American government employees in Israel
June 30 (Reuters) - The U.S. embassy in Jerusalem said on Monday it has eased travel restrictions on U.S. government employees and family members due to "stable security environment in Israel," according to a post by the embassy on social media platform X.
It said the decision comes as it closely monitors the security situation following the ceasefire between Israel and Iran and the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict in Gaza.
