Erdogan, Putin agree diplomacy is needed to end Iran-Israel conflict, Turkey says

ANKARA, June 16 (Reuters) - Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed in a phone call on Monday that the conflict between Iran and Israel must end and room must be made for diplomacy as soon as possible, the Turkish presidency said.
In a statement, the presidency also said Erdogan repeated his view that the only solution to the crisis was a return to nuclear talks.
