Trump calls federal appeals court ruling on tariffs a great win
WASHINGTON, June 11 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday called a federal appeals court ruling that allowed most sweeping tariffs to stay in place for now "a great and important win for the U.S."
The decision Tuesday by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington means Trump may continue to enforce, for now, his "Liberation Day" tariffs on imports from most U.S. trading partners, as well as a separate set of tariffs levied on Canada, China and Mexico.
