Hub acquires Washington-based Wycoff and California's Scott Held

June 6 - (The Insurer) - Hub International has announced the acquisition of two agencies: Mount Vernon, Washington-based Wycoff Insurance Agency and Carlsbad, California-based Scott Held Insurance Agency.

Wycoff Insurance is a locally owned insurance agency that provides commercial and personal insurance. The agency's team, led by president Chris Eisses and vice president, secretary and treasurer Donnie Keltz, will join Hub Northwest.

Clearlake Consulting served as financial adviser to Wycoff Insurance.

Scott Held Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency that provides commercial and personal insurance to clients in California.

President Scott Held and his team will join Hub Southern California & Utah.

Terms of both transactions were not disclosed.

News of the two acquisitions follows Hub earlier this week announcing it had acquired Oradell, New Jersey-based Fenner and Esler Agency, a provider of professional liability and risk management services to architects, engineers, surveyors and environment professionals.
