WASHINGTON, April 30 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Wednesday he did not know how El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele would respond to a request to return a man mistakenly deported from Maryland, adding he has not spoken to him.
The remarks to reporters came one day after Trump said "I could" when asked by ABC News about his ability to call up Bukele to follow the U.S. Supreme Court order to "facilitate" Kilmar Abrego Garcia's return.
