US top diplomat Rubio to speak to Indian and Pakistani counterparts
WASHINGTON, April 29 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will speak soon with his counterparts in India and Pakistan as the nuclear-armed Asian neighbors have seen escalating tensions following a recent deadly Islamist militant attack in India-administered Kashmir, a State Department spokesperson said on Tuesday.
