Old Republic appoints Lehman as president for its Bitco subsidiary

April 29 - (The Insurer) - Bitco Insurance Companies, an Old Republic Specialty Insurance Group subsidiary, has appointed Meyer Lehman as president, effective May 1, succeeding Vince Lamb.
Lamb will continue as CEO of Bitco.
Lehman has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Before joining Bitco in 2023, he held roles at EMC Insurance Companies, Continental Western Group, American Family Insurance, QBE, ISO and Sentry.
"Since joining Bitco in 2023, Meyer has driven growth, profitability, and operational excellence, and we are confident he will continue to lead with a clear vision for the future," said Craig Smiddy, Old Republic International's president and CEO.
"Meyer's appointment and Vince's continued leadership will ensure continuity as Bitco delivers specialized solutions to its agents, brokers, and customers."
