DuPont names Matthew Harbaugh as CFO of to-be-spun-off electronics unit
April 29 (Reuters) - DuPont DD.N said on Tuesday Matthew Harbaugh will be the chief financial officer of its electronics business after the business is spun off.
The company also the electronics business, which includes semiconductor technologies and interconnect solutions, will be called Qnity Electronics.
DuPont sped up the separation process earlier this year and expects to complete the spinoff by November 1.
