Airbus finalizes long-awaited Spirit Aero deal

April 28 (Reuters) - Europe's Airbus AIR.PA said late on Sunday it has finalized an agreement to take some assets from Spirit AeroSystems SPR.N, completing a critical part of a transatlantic carve-up of the struggling supplier with U.S. rival Boeing BA.N.

Airbus would provide a $200 million credit line to Spirit as a part of the deal.
