Beermaker Modelo to invest $3.6 billion in Mexico through 2027
MEXICO CITY, April 24 (Reuters) - Mexican brewer Grupo Modelo will invest more than $3.6 billion in Mexico from 2025 to 2027, a top executive for the firm said on Thursday.
The funds will go toward renovating plants, recycling initiatives and working with local producers, said Raul Escalante, vice president of corporate affairs, at a press conference alongside Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum.
