Alkeme acquires Michigan-based Crawford Insurance Group

April 21 - (The Insurer) - Private equity-backed broker Alkeme Insurance has acquired Crawford Insurance Group, a Michigan-based personal and commercial insurance agency, expanding its presence in the Midwest.
Founded in 2001, Crawford Insurance Group is licensed in 36 states, and serves clients across a wide range of personal and commercial insurance, both individual and group benefits and Medicare.
"This partnership provides us with access to enhanced resources and expertise that will allow us to continue delivering exceptional service to our clients while expanding our reach,” said Tim Crawford, president of Crawford Insurance Group.
