China's Q1 smartphone shipments rise 3.3% from a year earlier, IDC says

BEIJING, April 18 (Reuters) - China's smartphone shipments in the first quarter by 3.3% from a year earlier, research firm IDC said.
Apple's shipments in China fell 9% from a year earlier while Huawei's rose 10% in the same period.
