Banknote printer De La Rue to be bought for $347 million by Atlas Holdings
April 15 (Reuters) - Britain's De La Rue DLAR.L agreed to be bought by U.S.-based buyout firm Atlas Holdings for 130 pence per share, valuing the banknote printer at 263 million pounds ($347.1 million), the companies said on Tuesday.
