Lvmh CFO sees 'some capacity' to increase US production
PARIS, April 14 (Reuters) - LVMH is still looking at increasing manufacturing facilities in the United States, the group's chief financial officer Cecile Cabanis said on Monday.
"We will see at what pace and how much," she told analysts in a call about first quarter sales.
LVMH chairman and chief executive Bernard Arnault said in January that he was "seriously considering" increasing U.S. production capacity.
LVMH has Louis Vuitton production sites in the United States, including one in Texas, which has faced a host of problems limiting production, and two in California.
