Allianz Trade names UK and Americas CEOs

April 1 - (The Insurer) - Credit insurer Allianz Trade has appointed Matt Williams as UK and Ireland CEO.
Williams currently serves as regional credit director for Northern Europe, having joined Allianz Trade in 2004 as a credit analyst.
The appointment is effective from July 1, 2025.
Williams succeeds Sarah Murrow, who will assume the role of Americas CEO at Allianz Trade on the same date.
Murrow has held the UK and Ireland CEO role since 2021, prior to which she was regional head of market management, commercial underwriting and distribution for Northern Europe.
On Monday, Allianz Trade announced that Philippe Dessèvre has been appointed as CEO, succeeding Benoît des Cressonnières, who is to retire on September 30, 2025.
Dessèvre, currently CFO of Allianz Trade in the DACH region, will succeed des Cressonnières as of October 1, 2025, subject to regulatory approval.
