UK's Warehouse REIT evaluates Blackstone's $633 million takeover proposal

March 25 (Reuters) - UK's Warehouse REIT WHRW.L said on Tuesday it was evaluating a final indicative all-cash takeover proposal from Blackstone Europe LLP, which values the warehousing specialist at about 489 million pounds ($633.2 million).
