Attorney General Bondi says US engaged in "modern day warfare" against Venezuelan gang
March 23 (Reuters) - U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi said on Sunday that the 18th-century Alien Enemies Act, which the Trump administration has used to justify the expulsions of alleged members of a Venezuelan gang, was more applicable today than ever, saying the fight against the gang was akin to "modern day warfare."
Bondi was speaking to Fox host Maria Bartiromo on her Sunday TV program.
