March 21 - (The Insurer) – Allstate has estimated $92 million of pre-tax catastrophe losses for the month of February, bringing its year-to-date total to $1.17 billion.
The catastrophe totals after tax were $73 million for February and $922 million for January and February combined.
Allstate in January was hit by $1.08 billion of catastrophe losses, including $1.07 billion related to the California wildfires, net of reinsurance recoveries of $1.40 billion.
