Holcim makes SEC filing in planned spin-off of North American business

BERLIN, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Swiss cement maker Holcim HOLN.S said on Friday it has filed a form 10 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the planned spin-off of its North American business, which is on track for completion by the end of the first half of 2025.
"Today's filing marks an important step towards the planned listing of Amrize and our ambition to become North America's leading building solutions company from foundation to rooftop," Holcim Chairman Jan Jenisch said in a statement.
