Swiss National Bank extends and expands tokenised asset project
June 30 (Reuters) - The Swiss National Bank has extended its Project Helvetia, assessing approaches to settling tokenised assets in central bank money, for another year, continuing the pilot until at least mid-2027, it said in a statement on Monday.
The SNB has also decided to expand the project to include the settlement of tokenised assets with traditional central bank money, the statement added.
