Brazil's current account deficit reaches $2.93 billion in May
BRASILIA, June 25 (Reuters) - Brazil posted a current account deficit of $2.93 billion in May, central bank data showed on Wednesday, while economists polled by Reuters were expecting a $3.1 billion shortfall.
Foreign direct investment for the month totaled $3.662 billion, below the $4.5 billion forecast in the poll.
