China's vice premier calls for calm response to external changes, Xinhua reports
BEIJING, April 29 (Reuters) - China's vice premier He Lifeng on Tuesday called on financial regulators and institutions to "calmly" analyse and respond to recent developments and changes in the external environment, state-run Xinhua reported.
In a meeting in Shanghai, He called for the strengthening of the city's status as an international financial centre and as a hub for the finance sector opening up, according to Xinhua.
