Thailand car production drops 6.11% y/y in August
BANGKOK, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Car production in Thailand fell 6.11% in August from a year earlier, the Federation of Thai Industries said on Tuesday.
The decline followed a year-on-year drop of 11.39% in July.
Thailand is Southeast Asia's biggest auto production centre and an export base for some of the world's top carmakers, including Toyota 7203.T and Honda 7267.T.
