ATHENS, June 20 (Reuters) - Greece's current account deficit shrank to 2.1 billion euros in April from 2.5 billion euros in the same month last year on the back of higher tourism revenues and falling imports, Bank of Greece showed on Friday.
Revenues from tourism, a major economic driver for the Mediterranean country, rose by an annual 17.4% to 1.1 billion as foreign arrivals increased by 6.4%, the central bank said. Imports dropped by 11.5%.
