June 5 (Reuters) - Greece's jobless rate rose to 10.4% in the first quarter from 9.5% in the fourth quarter of 2024, data by the country's statistics service ELSTAT showed on Thursday.
The jobless rate for women was 12.9% versus 8.3% for men in the first quarter.
About 51% of Greece's 488,085 jobless are long-term unemployed, meaning they have been out of work for at least 12 months, the figures showed.
