NEW YORK, June 3 (Reuters) - Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook said Tuesday that it’s not possible to rule out a rate hike as part of the monetary policy outlook.
“We have to be open to all possibilities” when it comes to monetary policy, Cook said in comments before an appearance at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York. When it comes to the interest rate outlook, “we don't know how tariffs are going to play out, so all of those [rate policy] scenarios could be possible,” she said.
