If talks with US do not work, EU ready to respond, German finmin says

BERLIN, April 11 (Reuters) - The United States must know that if negotiations with the European Union do not work, the bloc will be ready to respond, German Finance Minister Joerg Kukies said on Friday.
"The U.S. side has to be aware that if negotiations do not work, then we will have another discussion around response mechanisms," Kukies said in Warsaw ahead of a meeting of EU finance ministers.
