President Trump increases tariffs on China to 145%
The White House has confirmed to the media that the effective US tariff rate on Chinese imports now soars to 145%.
According to the latest executive order, tariffs on Beijing's goods have been ramped up from 84% to 125%—an increase that adds to an existing 20% fentanyl-related tariff already in place.
