IMF and Pakistan make progress to staff level agreement, IMF mission chief says

March 14 (Reuters) - The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Pakistani authorities made significant progress toward reaching a staff level agreement on the first review of an ongoing $7 billion programme, IMF Mission Chief Nathan Porter said in a statement on Saturday.
The mission and Pakistani authorities will continue policy discussions via video conference to finalise these discussions over the coming days, the statement said.
