Romanian defense spending could reach 3%/GDP in 1-2 years - president

BUCHAREST, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Romanian defense spending could reach 3% of GDP in stages in one-two years, Interim President Ilie Bolojan said on Friday, adding the defense spending target for 2025 was slightly higher than last year.
He added that it was premature to discuss sending troops to Ukraine after a potential ceasefire.
