China, US in communication over Trump's visit, foreign ministry says

BEIJING, March 17 (Reuters) - China and the U.S. are in communication over President Donald Trump's visit to China, Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said on Tuesday after Trump said he was seeking to delay the planned trip.

Trump on Monday said he is requesting delay for the early April trip by about a month because of the Iran war.
