TOKYO, March 5 (Reuters) - U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude CLc1 oil prices rose $1.38, or 1.85%, to $76.04 per barrel in early trade on Thursday, as the U.S.–Iran war widened after a U.S. submarine sank an Iranian warship off Sri Lanka.
