US Cash Grains-Corn, soy basis bids steady to firmer at elevators, processors

CHICAGO, Feb 23 (Reuters) - Basis bids for corn and soybeans were mostly steady to higher at elevators and processors in a spot check of locations in the U.S. Midwest on Monday, as futures ticked up slightly.

• Corn basis bids rose at a processor in Cedar Rapids Iowa and an elevator in Blair, Nebraska.

• Soy basis bids rose at processors in Decatur, Indiana and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

• Corn basis bids fell at a river terminal in Seneca, Illinois, and an ethanol plant in Linden.

• Chicago soybean fell near mid-day on Monday after the Supreme Court struck down President Donald Trump's import tariffs, adding to doubt over the future of U.S. trade deals to import oilseeds and grains.GRA/

• Corn futures traded near flat, also pressured by wider market doubts.
