Feb 23 (Reuters) - "Ultimatums" by Hungary and Slovakia should be addressed only to the Kremlin, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said on Monday, as Hungary vowed to block further EU sanctions on Moscow and a 90-billion-euro loan for Kyiv because of an oil pipeline outage that Budapest blames on Ukraine.
"These two countries cannot hold the entire EU hostage. We call on both to engage in constructive cooperation and responsible behaviour," Sybiha said on X.
