COPENHAGEN, Feb 23 (Reuters) - Lithuania's Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys is "very frustrated" that a European Union proposal for a 90 billion euro ($106.37 billion) loan for Ukraine has been blocked, he said on Monday ahead of an EU foreign council meeting.
Hungary has said it will block the loan until Ukraine resumes oil shipments to the country via the Druzhba pipeline, its foreign minister said on Friday after Budapest said it would tap strategic reserves to tackle a shortage.
