US Cash Grains-Corn bids mixed at ethanol plants

CHICAGO, Feb 17 (Reuters) - Basis bids for corn were steady to mixed at ethanol plants in the U.S. Midwest on Tuesday. Corn and soybean basis bids were mostly flat at other types of processors, elevators and river terminals in a spot check of locations.

The corn basis was lower at an ethanol plant in Union City, Indiana. It was higher at an ethanol plant in Linden, Indiana.
The corn and soy basis fell at a river terminal in Seneca, Illinois.
Most-active soybeans Sv1 settled up 1 cent to $11.33 per bushel, and most-active corn Cv1 ended down 5-1/2 cents to $4.26-1/4 per bushel as of midday.
