MOU ALLOWS BOTH COMPANIES TO BEGIN PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES WHILE THEY FINALIZE THE DEFINITIVE SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT
OVERALL CONTRACT VALUE IS CURRENTLY ESTIMATED AT OVER EUR 10 MILLION
COMPLETION OF THE SUPPLY IS EXPECTED WITHIN 15 MONTHS FROM THE SIGNING OF THE DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
