Canada minister to lead major trade mission to Mexico, says Ottawa

OTTAWA, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Dominic LeBlanc, the federal government minister who will represent Ottawa when the U.S-Canada-Mexico trade treaty is reviewed this year, will lead a major trade mission to Mexico from February 15-20, Canada's foreign ministry said on Friday.
