REPORTS UPSTREAM EQUIPMENT IS BEING SURVEYED IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY THE SOURCE OF THE COOLING WATER CONTAMINATION AND ONCE IDENTIFIED, THE SOURCE WILL BE ISOLATED FOR REPAIR
