REPORTS EMISSIONS FROM COOLING TOWER - HOC 123 AT CORPUS CHRISTI, TX, REFINERY WEST PLANT
REPORTS UPSTREAM EQUIPMENT IS BEING SURVEYED IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY THE SOURCE OF THE COOLING WATER CONTAMINATION AND ONCE IDENTIFIED, THE SOURCE WILL BE ISOLATED FOR REPAIR
