Fire at Russia's Novoshakhtinsk refinery extinguished, regional governor says

Aug 26 (Reuters) - A fire at Russia's Novoshakhtinsk refinery in the southern Rostov region was extinguished on Tuesday morning, acting governor of the region, Yury Slyusar, said on the Telegram messaging app.
The fire, sparked by a Ukrainian drone attack, had been burning since Aug. 21.
