Colombia's Ecopetrol buys wind power project from Enel

BOGOTA, July 7 (Reuters) - Colombian state oil firm Ecopetrol ECO.CN said on Monday it has purchased a wind power project in the northern province of La Guajira from Enel ENEI.MI.
The Windpeshi project will have capacity to produce 205 megawatts, "which will be immediately incorporated into the Ecopetrol Group's self-consumption portfolio," the company said in a statement.
