WASHINGTON, June 18 (Reuters) - U.S. Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins announced plans on Wednesday to open a sterile fly dispersal facility in Hidalgo County, Texas, as part of its effort to fight the encroachment of New World screwworm.
