US Cash Crude-US crude grade differentials narrow as underlying contract jumps

June 17 (Reuters) - Crude grade differentials to U.S. crude futures narrowed on Tuesday, dealers said, as the underlying contract jumped more than $3 a barrel.

Oil futures climbed over 4% on Tuesday as the Iran-Israel conflict raged with no end in sight, though major oil and gas infrastructure and flows have been spared from substantial impact. O/R

Meanwhile, U.S. crude and gasoline stocks fell last week while distillate inventories rose, market sources said, citing American Petroleum Institute figures on Tuesday.

Crude stocks fell by 10.1 million barrels in the week ended June 13, the sources said on condition of anonymity. Gasoline inventories fell by 202,000 barrels and distillate stocks rose by 318,000 barrels, they said.

* Light Louisiana Sweet WTC-LLS for July delivery fell 40 cents to a midpoint of a $2.50 premium and was seen bid and offered between a $2.40 and $2.60 a barrel premium to U.S. crude futures CLc1

* Mars Sour WTC-MRS fell 20 cents to a midpoint of a $1.40 premium and was seen bid and offered between a $1.30 and $1.50 a barrel premium to U.S. crude futures CLc1

* WTI Midland WTC-WTM fell 10 cents to a midpoint of a 25-cent premium and was seen bid and offered between a 15-cent and 35-cent a barrel premium to U.S. crude futures CLc1

* West Texas Sour WTC-WTS fell 25 cents to a midpoint of a 55-cent discount and was seen bid and offered between a 75-cent and 35-cent a barrel discount to U.S. crude futures CLc1

* WTI at East Houston WTC-MEH, also known as MEH, traded between a 25-cent and 45-cent a barrel premium to U.S. crude futures CLc1

* ICE Brent August futures LCOc1 rose $3.22 to settle at $76.45 a barrel

* WTI July crude CLc1 futures rose $3.07 to settle at $74.84 a barrel

* The Brent/WTI spread WTCLc1-LCOc1 widened 19 cents to last trade at minus $3.17, after hitting a high of minus $2.85 and a low of minus $3.20
