US Cash Grains-Soybean bids mostly steady to lower at processors and river terminals

CHICAGO, June 13 (Reuters) - Spot soybean basis bids were mostly flat to lower at U.S. Midwest processors and river terminals in a spot check on Friday, after Archer-Daniels-Midland ADM.N, a major U.S. soybean crusher and biofuel producer, cut bids to buy the oilseed this week ahead of an expected Trump administration announcement on biofuel blending requirements.

• U.S. soyoil futures rocketed up on Friday and soybeans hit a three-week high after the Trump administration proposed biofuel blending requirements that were above trade expectations, analysts said.

• The soybean basis fell 15 cents at a processor in Lafayette, Indiana.

• The corn basis rose at a grain elevator in Blair, Nebraska and fell at a river terminal in Davenport, Iowa.

• A processor in Cedar Rapids rolled from the July to the November contract.

• Warm weather and rain continued to provide favorable weather for corn and soybean growth in the U.S. Midwest.
