ASR launches automated underwriting portal

June 9 - (The Insurer) - Africa Specialty Risks has launched an automated underwriting portal named ASR 24-7, the company said on Monday.

Available to authorised brokers, the portal offers instant policy quotes, full binding capabilities and policy management resources, ASR said.

The facility accepts renewable energy and D&O liability risks. Property, political violence and terrorism, as well as additional energy lines will become available in the coming months.
