AGREEMENT FOR SALE TO STONEPEAK OF 46.3% OF RENEWABLE PORTFOLIO OF 777 MW IN UNITED STATES
PORTFOLIO INCLUDES FRYE SOLAR PROJECT AND JICARILLA SOLAR AND STORAGE COMPLEX
WILL RECEIVE $340 MILLION (ABOUT 300 MILLION EUROS)
TRANSACTION VALUES SOLAR AND BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE PORTFOLIO AT $735 MILLION (AROUND 650 MILLION EUROS)
IT PREVIOUSLY RAISED AROUND $60 MILLION IN TAX EQUITY PROCEEDS FOR THIS PORTFOLIO (ITC PROJECTS)
FACTORING BOTH TRANSACTIONS, TOTAL VALUE AMOUNTS TO ABOUT $795 MILLION (AROUND 705 MILLION EUROS)
TRANSACTION EXPECTED TO CLOSE DURING Q3 2025
TRANSACTION WILL NOT HAVE SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON INCOME STATEMENT OF REPSOL GROUP
