Portugal's PM expects power to be restored on same day
LISBON, April 28 (Reuters) - Portugal's Prime Minister Luis Montenegro told reporters on Monday that he expected electrical power to be restored "in the coming hours" after widespread outages hit most of the Iberian Peninsula.
He added that there was "no indication" that a cyberattack was the cause for the blackout.
